Return Policy:

At Run Souq, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, our return policy is designed to be straightforward and stress-free. Please take a moment to review our guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
  • Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Some items are not eligible for return due to health, hygiene, or safety concerns. This includes (but is not limited to) personal care products and perishable goods.
  • Items that are clearly marked as Non-Returnable by merchant on his page. Please refer to the product description for specific return restrictions.

Return Process

  • Request a Return: Log in to your runsouq.com account and navigate to the "My Orders" section. Select the order you wish to return and click on the return button to initiate a return request. Select reason for return from available options, attach images of the product and add description. After that schedule a pickup time of your convenience.
  • Return Shipping: After initiating the request you will be notified via email and app about the details of the rider who will come and pick up your items at the given time.

Exchanges

  • Exchanging Items: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Items marked "non-returnable" on the product page by merchant

 

 

Cancellation Policy:

1. Order Cancellation by Customers:

Cancellation Before Shipment: Customers can cancel their order any time before it is shipped. A full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers can refuse delivery, and the package will be returned to us. A refund, minus any shipping costs, will be issued once the item is received back in our warehouse.

2. Order Cancellation by the Runsouq:

Product Unavailability: If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Customers will be notified, and a full refund will be issued immediately.

Payment Issues: If there is an issue with payment processing or fraudulent activity is suspected, we may cancel the order. Customers will be notified via email, and no charges will be applied to their account.

Policy Changes:

  • Runsouq reserve the right to update this Return & cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Customers are encouraged to review this policy regularly. By placing an order on Runsouq, customers agree to this Return and Cancellation Policy.
